Suleman Khan completed an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London in 2002 and thereafter joined the Islamabad office of Amhurst Brown. In 2004, he proceeded to the Inns of Court School of Law, London to pursue the Bar Vocational Course and was called to the Bar of England & Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in 2005.

Mr. Khan has considerable experience in matters relating to corporate and commercial law and non-contentious legal matters, including contract negotiations, project financing, information technology, independent power projects, intellectual property, joint ventures, corporate and financial restructuring, labour law and foreign exchange transactions. He has been previously associated with the law firm of Rizvi, Isa, Afridi & Angell. As part of their corporate team, Mr. Khan acquired wide-ranging experience in corporate and commercial legal matters, with particular emphasis on projects in the energy sector. He is also currently associated with another leading law firm in Pakistan.

Abid Hussain Mirza is an Advocate of the High Court and has been in independent practice since 1999. Mr. Mirza's area of expertise lies in corporate, banking and civil law. Mr. Mirza has considerable experience in labour and services related litigation. He has also acted as Legal Advisor to several companies and financial institutions such as Middle East Corporation and Islamic Investment Bank and is the on legal panel of several leading banks.
